!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! made the great suggestion of " Put the floor mats on the roof! " to save my car in a hail storm
I've seen floor mats used under wheels to get traction in both mud and snow, so what other uses are there for floor mats or other standard stuff found in cars?

The cigarette lighter can be used to inflict pain upon those who oppose you.

The dash board makes a great traffic ready drum kit (provided you remembered your drumsticks and favorite rock and roll album)

Not so much in my car, but working on my car. The printer paper funnel for when you find out that your wife threw away the old one after cracking it, and failing to tell you. And then you get lazy and just want to top off your damn fluids.
Various tools not used for what they were intended to do. Hammers for removing things, wrenches for holding things together, jacks stands for damn near everything.
My favorite, though, it the soap I use for cleaning greasy hands; pour sugar on your hands, and then liquid dish soap (such as Dawn). The sugar works as the grit, and after you've rinsed everything off, you can use regular hand soap to clean up the remnants. DISCLAIMER: SALT IS NOT TO BE USED AS A GRITTING AGENT FOR OBVIOUS REASONS. Ask one of my friends why.

Nope. That's 2. One more! Unless that was a type of hat. An ass hair hat would be rough and not very appealing. plus everything would stick to it and get tangled . specifically around the extra hairy beanie on top..
